Bug Description
When creating a new PCB footprint, there should be an assembly drawing layer available to put the actual part outline on.
Often (especially with SMT components) it is not practical to place the outline on the silk screen layer, and it would be helpful to have some component documentation to print for reference during PCB assembly.
