I think it is useful to have some help for simple boards like euro cards to have a fast setup. To create the outlines only by editing width and heights of the board.

I have made a patch for this

When creating a new pcb is to be created the following happens

1. The normal question box appear (upper left in attachment )
2. If the user press "yes" a new window appear (upper right in attachment)
        The user can here , either define the Edge cut outer limit or use a pre defined area
3 When pressing Ok the ordinary "layer setup" window appear and when pressing OK
        the pcb is created with an edge cut with the selected area (down left in attachement)

The Edge cut limits can be re defined by the newly added menu "Edge cut" menu
        (down right in attachment)

Created new stacked branch referring to /+branch-id/324654.

This patch does not store any user defined areas between executions but it would be an
idea to store at least the latest entered area.

We aren't really aiming for this area of the market. For oft-used board styles, there is a template library.
