Edit the layer that a track resides on, without having to re-create the track

Currently possible with 'Track & via properties' dialog available in GAL canvases - closing.

Thanks for the fix. I confirm it works for horizontal tracks, but not for other orientations.
When pressing the shortcut 'F' to change a track's layer, vertical and 45° tracks also change their Y orientation.

Can anyone else reproduce?

I think this have to be in the right click menu with a hotkey to change all the track, from the beginning to the end, not just one segment.
