Bug Description

KiCad-2010-02-28-RC5-WinXP: When we start any program (cvpcb, eeschema, gerbview, kicad or pcbnew) they always open in Restore Down size of window, but never in Maximize size of window, even if ones were closed before this in Maximize size of window.

confirmed in 2010-05-05 stable

It appears that window if maximised when closed is restored in non-maximised state, but at max screen resolution.

This behaviour can no longer be observed.

Ubuntu: kicad version 2016-10-01 BZR 6227 wxWidget 3.0.0

Platform: Linux 3.19.0-30-generic x86_64, 64 bit, Little endian, wxGTK
KiCad: Version: (2015-10-01 BZR 6227)-product debug build
wxWidgets: Version 3.0.0

Platform Windows 10
KiCad version 4.0.0-rc1-stable release build
wxWidget: Version 3.0.2

Current behaviour:
If a window have been maximized before closure the window will be restored as maximized next time it is opened
Also, if the window have been "Zoomed" before the closure of the window it is rezoomed to maxfit next time it is opened
