Bug Description
When exporting gerber data from PCBnew, the D-code used to produce text does not match the specified line thickness.
For example, I often use 35thou x 35thou x 8thou for component references. It is displayed within PCBnew as 8thou, but the gerber data ends up a little under 6thou. Graphical lines come out correctly, it just appears to be text..
I need to increase the text to about 50thou x 50thou to end up with at least 8thou line thickness, so I assume there is some internal scaling happening during the export procedure rather than using the specified thickness.
My workaround is to modify the gerber file's aperture list manually to 8thou for those D-codes.

Uhmm maybe the line width clamp for text is being activated? I don't
remember at how much it is in the public release (I'm working with the
ISO font with requires 1/10), but IIRC there was a message warning when
setting it...
