Bug Description
Sometimes I use a 3D representation of a module / component part (e.g. BeagleBone, Raspiberry, Arduino, ...) to check the full board representation and to be able to make the mechanical / enclosure project. But these stays over a lot of other parts in the 3D visualization so, could be used to right-click it and have the option "hide this 3D part". Allow a list in the 3dviwer of the hidden parts.

it would be nice to have..
..but you can workarround it already.
You can set your module to be Virtual www.kicad- pcb.org/ img/klc/ F8.1a.png
http://
Then on 3D-Viewer, you can use the shourtcuts
T - THT
S - SMD
V - Virtual
to show/hide the modules.
