Bug Description

Latest 5.1.x Nightly on Windows 10.
Dragging a track causes an immediate crash
This regression has appeared in the last few days so I suspect the snapping to hidden items commit as the most likely suspect https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-source-mirror/commit/0d64b38dbc69b4cae87beadc5b55428efda05599

I tried the previous 10/10/2019 Jenkins 425 build and dragging works normally
