<Tools> <Assign Footprints> crashes Kicad

Bug Description

When in EESchematic, <Tools><Assign Footprints> Crashes and closes Kicad completely.
Windows Error log shows Excption code 0xc0000005.
Exception code c0000005 is the code for an access violation.

Looks like one access to m_viewControls was missed in the cleanup of the cleanup.
