PCBNew - add mouse explanation to slope-locked polygons

Bug Description
At actual version selecting an edge of a polygon is not possible - the only points that can be selected and moved are the "round" ones. The "square" points can neither be selected nor moved (see picture).

Is your polygon an H/V/45-only limit? Look in properties.
When constrained like this, you cannot move the corners (they would make the constraint invalid)
