LibEdit: delete items tool doesn't work

Strange, it does seem to work on items (pins, rectangles etc.) in isolation but not when the symbol is "assembled":

1) Open 4001 from the 4xxx.lib and try to use delete items tool: nothing happens when mouseover or clicking.

2) Move the pins away from the body of the component and suddenly they become deletable (likewise with arcs, lines etc.).

It doesn't seem to be related to the proximity of the non-deletable fields.

Seems to be arc-dependant. Possibly the arc bounding box logic is busted?

Nope, not the arcs. Stacked hidden pins....

Correction: Pins/items from different units/conversions.
