Using "Update Footprints from Library" from Tools menu moves footprint

1. Open the Update Footprints from Library dialog from the Tools menu (not from the context menu!)
2. Select for example Match by reference and type a reference.
3. Apply.

The footprint will be moved from its original location.

Step 2 is only one possibility; this happens with a selected footprint and "Selected" option.

It's possible that the location of the mouse click when the menu item is clicked is somehow used when updating the footprint.
