In eeschema, cutting a block and then pasting it loses its annotations.

To reproduce:
1. Start a new project, open eeschema.
2. Place a resistor, value 1K, annotation R10.
3. Drag-select around the resistor, right-click and select Cut.
4. Right-click, select Paste, and click again to place the block.

Expected behavior: The annotations do not change.
Actual behavior: The annotations are lost (i.e. R10 is now R?)

This is a productivity hit, since moving blocks from one hierarchical sheet to another loses
all annotations unexpectedly.
