Bug Description
If you have your design finished you have to separate the manufacturing output files from the rest of the design and intermediate files in your directory. To make everything a little bit more nice, it would be nice to have an relative folder automatically set in the project template.
So if you open your output menu, for example "Generate Footprint Position Files" there could be in the project template a predefined string in the "output directory:" like "manufacturing/".
It should be still possible to change that, but having a reasonable starting point would be nice for new users/new projects/ease of use.
As KiCad already saves the folders in the project/layout file, maybe having them set when creating a new project would be everything needed.
