Eagle import does not respect pad mask settings

Pad after importing to kicad always have the mask layer activated, regardless of the settings in the eagle.

Example pad in eagle:

<smd name="A" x="-1.35" y="1.75" dx="2.3" dy="2.5" layer="1" stop="no" cream="no"/>

after import in Kicad pad F.Paste layer is switched off, but F.Mask is switched on..

For stable version 5.1.2 it works the same.
