LibEdit Can't change symbol name using Library Symbol Properties dialog

Bug Description

Cannot change the name of a symbol using the Library Symbol Properties dialog (accessed by the top toolbar).

I can change the name by using the Edit Component Name dialog.

Not sure if this will fix lp:1833615 or not (as I was never able to reproduce that one).
