Grid missing in context menu for modedit

In the footprint editor, I cannot see the grid options when right-clicking. I only get Paste (even when there is nothing in the clipboard) and the Pads submenu.

Actually, it was missing in all apps, and since it's hard to change it in eeschema without the context menu I bumped it up to Medium.

(I merged a fix for it earlier, so there's no janitor. 7726b039b228a48b12ee7887b914574fdfeeaaf4)
