Nightly PCBNEW : view menu, other problems remain

The main problems were solved with the patches of the past few days but traces of the problem remained in the sub menus.

At the first attempt to open the submenu, a horizontal line appears as if for some reason wxgtk had failed to calculate the height of the sub menu to be shown, retrying the selection immediately the sub menu appears.
After some time and repeating the operation the submenu reappears again as a horizontal line.
I tried the other menus and only the View submenus have this drawback.
