ERC error list scroll issue on nightly

Using nightly (version bellow, PPA), the ERC window "error list" scroll is borked, it seems blocked a few lines before the bottom and can't scroll past that.

But if I maximise the window, it works ok OR if I resize the window width a bit the scroll works to the bottom.
