Place module not visible

Bug Description

When placing a new module in pcbnew, the item is not shown until placed.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Start pcbnew in new project
2) Click "Add a Footprint" button
3) Select a footprint and try to place

At this point, the cursor is captured but the new module is not shown. After clicking to place the module, it is correctly shown on screen.

Looks like this was addressed somewhere in past month's 300+ (!) commits :)
