Custom pad jumps when mirrored

I see #1808135 but as I understand it was about 6.0.0, and fixed March 14.

In 5.1.2 (released later) I noticed the bug which is related to that but I can't say mirroring doesn't work.

In footprint editor open QFN-28-1EP_4x4mm_P0.45mm_EP2.4x2.4mm_ThermalVias.
Increase the scale to see '1' in pad 1.
Position coursour at pad 1 and from local menu select "Mirror".
Pad is correctly mirrored but also jumps some distance to the left, but its number stays at position (screenshot attached). Since than when you move that pad its number is also moved but all time far away from pad.
Pads 21 and 22 jump to the right but each one different distance.
