Bug Description

tested on commit 2dd5757eb5abc21183d385992c8186bac27326e3

Pressing F8 in eeschema has no effect.
Using tools->update pcb from schematic neither.

Calling that function from pcbnew works.

Also on a clean build the problem persists.

If you open powerpcb, "update pcb from schematic" works in eeschema.

If you close powerpcb the problem returns.

It seems that the problem is that now using "update pcb from schematics" does not open automatically powerpcb as it did in previous versions.

Now pressing F8 in eeschema (update pcb from schematic) when powerpcb is not open it opens it but with an empty pcb, it does not open the yet existing file. trying to save it the default name is "noname". It seems powerpcb is launched without the project board filename.

If powerpcb is running with the board loaded it updates it correctly.

Ha! I of course tested it on my sample project which has not board defined, so it did exactly what I expected. ;)
