when symbol is being added it's rotated only when moving

1. Select a symbol to add to a schematic so that the new symbol follows cursor but isn't placed yet.
2. Stop moving the mouse.
3. Press R to rotate.
4. Wait. It doesn't rotate.
5. Start moving the mouse again. It rotates.

It should be rotated immeditately when pressing R.
