Bug Description
It would be ideal to permit users to move printed entities around a page akin to what is found in GIMP image editor. The requested specific functionality is within GIMPs print dialog depicted in the attached video. This feature among other things permits users to be more efficient with boards especially were costly thermal transfer paper is employed for etching and other board related things. If there is a board which is a small fraction the size of a thermal print sheet centering the board for printing causes the entirety of the page to be dispensed to the very small board.

I would propose a method which would be more generic and would help with other use cases, too. I don't remember if there's a report for that already.
Allow free scaling and moving of the print page area in pcbnew. Now it's extremely difficult to zoom and pan to some part of design when printing. For example I want to use the Fab layer as a map for hand soldering 0402 components. 1:1 printout is useless and trying to zoom and pan to the correct location is painful. I have used png screenshots from pcbnew which isn't an ideal solution, either.
