Connectivity information not shown on all junctions

When highlighting a net some of the wire junctions aren't highlighted (when cmd+clicked on they show "Highlighted net: <NO NET>").

In screenshot: demos/kit-dev-coldfire-xilinx_5213 cmd+click on GND net (also occurs with other nets eg. +3.3V).

Yes, currently connectivity info isn't making it to all junctions. I will take this on.
