eeschema incorrectly merges nets

When creating two instances of the same sheet, eeschema merges the nets of all ports.

This project demonstrates the issue. If one of the nets on the LIVE port is highlighted, the other one is also highlighted. The same merging happens on the PCB..

This should have been fixed by recent commits, please re-open if you can reproduce after commit 6d918ea
