Bug Description
When net names are shown on objects (pads, traces, etc) in PcbNew, the sheet path is always stripped (the full sheet path is visible in the message panel at the bottom, though).
This is confusing when you have more than one instance of a hierarchical sheet with local labels, as you can have nets /sheetA/netname and /sheetB/netname, but in PcbNew they both will display as just "netname" unless you check the message panel.
We should think about how to improve this without unnecessary display clutter -- maybe we can detect if there is potential confusion between two nets (multiple sheet paths and/or globals with the same name) and in that case show the path on the graphical objects?
