Eeschema dosen't react on keyboard shortcuts

Bug Description

Eeschema dosen't immediately react on keyboard shortcuts (adding wire or element needs click, sometimes dosen't work).
Duplicating object creates new one in place.
Moving with 'm' makes component move a bit, sometimes the components don't connect with each other.

I can also confirm that the "press w to start wire" does not work in 5.1.0 as of the above commit. Actually clicking on the canvas is necessary.

Confirmed the Place Wire and Symbol hotkeys are acting as accelerators.
