Eeschema canvas block after import hierarchical ports

Bug Description

Eeschema canvas block after import hierarchical ports not allowing move (m) or copy (c) any part. After this, I always have to restart to use Eeschema.

This was a problem with all of the modern tools and was fixed about 2 days ago.

If there was something else specific with the Import Pins tool, please re-open.
