Bug Description
When using the "flip board view" function in the "view"-menu of PCBnew, all items are flipped around the Y-axis, as where the arcs are first flipped around the Y-axis and next also around the X-axis.
I have added a 'before' and an 'after' screenshot, as a picture often explains more than a thousand words...
In these screenshots, the issue is only visible with 90° arcs, as standing 180° arcs don't change when flipping around the X-axis.
