Eeschema: wire clean up broken.

According to git bisect, commit b11f9fc8736b88a6833420664969576a9717ed4d broke the schematic editor wire clean up under certain conditions. If I delete a wire the T's into another wire, the remaining wire ends up being converted to a graphic dashed line.
