Eeschema: implement orientation and mirroring menus/hotkeys for labels

X - Y keys shortcuts should change rigth-left and up-down orientation of labels.

It does nothing in labels, but have the described behavior in parts/symbols.

I said that (and expecting this behavior) because R shortcut rotate both: symbols and label.

Will probably come for free with the modern toolset, so tentatively setting the milestone to 6.0.0-rc1.

@Jeff, just test the release branch 201904252302+d89d0e6~86~ubuntu16.04.1
It allow rotate the labels just after placed. Should be interesting allow rotate and mirror during the place (if possible).
This will make the procedure of place a new label, with the correct orientation, quicker.
