Well, that's odd. I have no issues with that. A couple of questions:

1) If you hold Shift and use the arrow keys, do you see the screen panning?
2) If you hold Ctrl and use the arrow keys, does the crosshair move?

1) Holding Shift + Arrow Keys, makes the eeschema scroll horizontally/vertially (moves the sheet)

2) Holding Ctrl + Arrow Keys, nothing happens.

Extra, holding Alt + Arrow Keys has the same effect as #1

As Input Source I am using the "English (US, alt. intl.)" option.

1) Shift + Arrow_Keys = Moves the sheet, behaves like scrolling hrizontally/vertically
2) Ctrl + Arro3_Keys = Nothing happens

Holding Alt + Arrow_Keys = Same behavior as in #1

I don't know if it matters but I am using as the input source the "English (US, alt. intl.)" option.

Are these the arrow keys on the number pad or the inverted "T" arrow keys?

They are the unique arrow keys I have on my laptop. It is an Dell XPS 15
(9570). Google it to see how it is. But is a standard keyboard.
