Scripting console can't be opened in 5.1.0 Windows

Bug Description

I just installed the new 5.1.0 on Windows 10. Tools->Scripting Console:

"Error: unable to create the Python Console"

I installed over existing nightly build which was newer than 5.1.0, I don't know if that can have something to do with it.

Strange, cpuld you try to install to a new location and open the pcbnew from there?

I uninstalled everything and deleted the config directory and reinstalled. Now it works.

@eelik, do you still have the config folder used when the issue occurred? It's possible that there is a specific configuration that causes the issue.

I restored and tested the one I found in the Recycle bin but couldn't replicate the issue. The config folder may have been deleted even after the problem went away, I'm not sure anymore.
