Bug Description
In pcbnew:
Select some footprints, for example C1 and C2.
Creating array of 2x1 result is 4 element: C1, C2, C2, C3.
It's possible to ad an option (checkbox?) to disable part numbering in create array menu or at least automatically disable numbering when more than one footprint is selected?
In older version this behavior has been useful for me to create a panelized pcb.

I'm going to disable module refdes incrementation for 5.1, as adding an option for disabling it is a string change, and it's too late for that. This is the 5.0 behaviour, so it's not a major departure from the last stable release.
It's also more useful for panelisation than the alternative.
Future work: add ability to number with the right offsets (this work is basically done, but needs UI and strings).
