Error moving a duplicate element up one level

When duplicating an element, moving up one level in the schematic diagram hierarchy triggers the error in picture.

We are very close to releasing 5.1. I believe that this issue has been resolved. Can you test a nightly build from https://kicad-downloads.s3.cern.ch/index.html?prefix=windows/nightly/ to see if it fixes your issue?
