eeschema: Tooltip wrong on Field Value in Symbol Properties

When editing field values in Symbol Properties in eeschema, the Field Value tooltip (hover tip) is the same as for Field Name.

This is "fixed" in the sense that v5.1 changes how the properties are edited. They are now in a grid and there are no tooltips for any of them.
