Drill file generation leaves gerber dialog behind main window on OSX

From project navigator launch pcbnew
From pcbnew click the plotter icon to generate gerbers
Press the Generate Drill Files button
Press Generate Drill File
Press Close to end drill dialog

The gerber plot dialog is now hidden behind the main pcbnew window
Press CMD-` to cycle it to the front
