Array tool in footprint editor gives NPTH pin numbers

Bug Description
If you use the array tool in the footprint editor with NPTH holes they get assigned pin numbers (see screenshot). The number disappears once one opens the properties dialog of the NPTH so it's no major bug but rather a little inconvenience.
