Clicking Constrain outline in Zone Properties resets Net to <no net>

Bug Description
If I click Constrain outline to H,V... in Copper Zone Properties it resets the already set Net to <no net>.

Well, that's a first. It's a bug in FormBuilder's event table generation. (If the checkboxes don't have individual IDs then FB can't figure out how to put them individually in the event table so all checkboxes end up firing all events of any one checkbox.)
I've changed it to using Connect() instead of event tables.
