Bug Description
Hello,
I expect that this has already been logged, but I can't find it (is it just me or is the search on Launchpad not very good?) Kicad should have an option to (or should automatically) remove unconnected pads on internal layers, and then flow copper planes on those layers closer to holes. This will probably require a new design rule to define the copper to hole clearance, particularly when there are non-plated through holes. As it is now, I can't get copper to flow over a large area around a non-plated through hole because of the external pads needed for mechanical reasons.
Thanks!

It is already logged, but yes, Launchpad's search is woeful even on a good day.
