Eeschema: Copy block, paste and rotate adds translation

Select a block in EEschema and copy it, then paste in another place. While the block is still floating press 'R'. The block is rotated but it is also translated.

Bumping to medium as Paste from the context menu doesn't work at all in LibEdit.
