Freshly imported Hierarchial pins shows up twice in selection menu

Bug Description

Please see attached photo.

Also note the 3 upper No connection markers are behind the the sheet.
I could imagine this has to do with @Jeff's new layer stuff but I'm not the one to tell.

No, only the 5.1/6.0 master branch (it was due to a code refactor).

Im not sure if it's related or a seperate bug (let me know if I should make a new bug report.
When I delete an imported pin from the sheet, the box gets these weird thin lines
they go away after F3 (redraw view)

This bug is not related, it is a bug in a draw function, but I just fixed it.
So no need to make a new bug report.
