Link in FAQ to EESchema PDF is invalid

When exporting a BOM in EESchema, the first line tells the user to see the full documentation by going to https://answers.launchpad.net/kicad/+faq/2265

That link contains very little information, aside from a link to http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~kicad-developers/kicad/doc/download/head:/1115%4016bec504-3128-0410-b3e8-8e38c2123bca:trunk%252Fkicad-doc%252Fdoc%252Fhelp%252Fen%252Feeschema.pdf/eeschema.pdf

Attached is a patch which simply updates the URL in the help dialog to the relevant section in the stable docs.

However, it may be cleaner to do away with the help dialog all together and just have the help button in the BOM dialog direct straight to the BOM section in the docs.

I think it is better to just at least fix the dead link for the stable branch. There was some other discussion about this html dialog ok either the bugtracker or mailinglist earlier.
