BOM tool "add" does not save working directory

# HowTo Reproduce

1. Add a new plugin to BOM tool, which is located at some other location than the default path
2. Try to add an additional plugin. You will notice that the path was reset to the original one

# Additional notes

* Default path should point to the install location of the plugins instead of /usr/bin
* It should be possible to add multiple plugins at the same time

@Thomas, are you expecting the path to be remembered just for the current session or between sessions?

current session would be good enough for most users.

For consistency, it should simply have the same behavior than other file dialogs.

There have been a bunch of incompatible changes to the BOM dialog since 5.0 was branched so I'm tagging this for 5.1 due to the effort required to back port the changes.
