Bug Description
It is not possible to move multiple selected objects to a different layer. There should be a contextual menu to do so.
In order to move an object to another layer, one goes to the properties of that object (with "E", for example) and select another layer from the dropdown menu. This is not possible when multiple objects are selected.
(A contextual menu would be helpful in the single-object case as well, but that is another story.)
