pcbnew, change net-name of via, dialog colaps

Trying to change net-name of a via trough drop-down menu, drop-down flicker and disappears

also importing netlist nowadays is chaos.
If a part is already in the pcb with exact same refdes and exact same footprint it should not be imported again due to hidden internal id in netlist being different.
Its something fishy going on.

Can do the name change but..

Somehow the diameter is changed also if you just want to change the net-name

Seems as if the only diameter accepted is the pre-defined ones.

So properties of a custom size via and enter a new diameter value snaps it down to predefined size

It seems as

I did add the sizes used in the pcb-setup so they now appear in the drop-down of via-size in the via-property menu.

You can see the predefined sizes, but you cannot select any.

Unfortunatly the same issue for line-widths also shows its face.
Meaning, smallest alloed via and defined via turns up twice in the list.
Same for net lines, if you define smallest as 0.1mm and also keep 0.1mm in the list of defines line-widts it turns up twice.
