The lighting appears to be wrong when producing a view of the PCB from the bottom, the ray traced image when viewing the back of the board is very dark and you can see that there is no shadow cast from the PCB, I assume the scene is being rotated rather than the PCB therefore the lighting is staying in the same place and always illuminating the top of the PCB regardless.

In Render Options ->Raytracing Options, you can uncheck "Add Floor"
