Can't delete or add points on keep out and filled zones.

It happens on all versions unless it has nas obscure way to do that.

Tested on 5.0 and nightly.

Can you share how to do that and I will try it and report back here.

Please attach a sample file and specify the step by step operation needed to reproduce a reported bug if it is relevant.

I can recreate this for graphical polygons. But not for filled zones or keepout. Is that consistent with what you are reporting?

I was talking about the "keep out and filled zones" but I was wrong. Right-clicking the zone shows the option. I am using version. At least the issue report was useful for. Sorry for the misunderstood.

The right click (on Linux Ubuntu) is a little bit messy IMHO. Maybe it is good to add some more rulers there.
