Bug Description
It used to be possible to copy entire rows in fp_lib_table grid. Now the first column is not being picked up.
Also, I used to be able to paste an entire fp-lib-table as s-expression text into the grid. I don't even see a paste button in the dialog.
Not finding much to like in this version.

While you can current copy/paste around the grid (including first column), pasting the s-expr gives a segfault.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the default fp-lib-table and copy contents to clipboard
2) Open KiCad with a project (e.g. one of the demo boards)
3) Open footprint library table editor
4) Go to the local tab
5) Right-click and paste
