Bug Description

Similar to Hotkeys, Color profiles should have import/export functionality.

Furthermore, add a similar color dialog to pcbnew as for eeschema (I know you can already set it in the sidebar). This would support consistency as well as the ability to change the color of things like the background.

It should be useful also to be able to save/load the visibility settings for layers with the colors.
Example:
In my usual workflow, after routing a board I have to correct the silk screen re-positioning a lot of text. Usually I hide anything like routes and bottom layer, showing only the top pads, the silk screen and the vias in order to place the reference designators correctly.
Being able to load a color combination with the visibility settings would speed-up the process.

I agree, I'm working on that for 6.0
